Azione Unlimited Announces First Vendor Summit, Co-Locating With IPRO Conference
Azione Unlimited (AU), the education/buying group for integrators and custom retailers, announces its first ever “vendor only” summit to be held October 27-28 at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, AZ, prior to the IPRO conference.
During the two-day “Prescient Planning” conferences, AU vendor members will focus on creating more value for all Azione dealers and vendors, develop marketing plans, and preparing a road map for a dynamic 2015. The co-location is an effort to bring more vendors to the IPRO event in order for all parties to work together to improve relationships, share ideas, and work together to build vibrant businesses. The meeting will adjourn 30 minutes prior to the start of the IPRO conference, which our vendors are invited and encouraged to participate.
Fostering Cooperation and Understanding
“I’m a firm believer in planning. Getting together with our vendors in an open forum setting to work on six salient issues is energizing,” says Richard Glikes, President of Azione Unlimited. “Additionally I’ve always enjoyed reps and have supported them in every way possible over the years. By bringing our vendors to their event, we hope to create a milieu of cooperation and understanding.”
The 2014 IPRO Conference will address the current market changes, challenges faced by individual firms, and the growing opportunities available in the audio-video industry. The Conference will run October 28 – 30th.
David Humphries, IPRO President, has detailed the benefits of this Conference: “This event is unusually productive because manufacturers, representatives, allied associations and industry experts work closely to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The result is increased support for our customer and increasing sales for all. I know of no other conference where this collaboration and focus can produce this amount of strategic information.”
The agenda of the Conference will include five industry experts as speakers and presenters, as well as numerous workshops. The Celebration Banquet will be on the 29th at the Golf Course Resort.
Ray Wright states that: “We have enjoyed and profited by Richard’s participation at our past two events, and we look forward to the addition of more manufacturers as they will provide valuable industry experience and insight. This format will allow us to efficiently address the changes, challenges, and increasing opportunities of our industry. Co-locating the IPRO Conference with the Azione Unlimited Vendor Summit will provide opportunities that seldom occur in our industry, to create the most productive exchange of ideas to increase the success of our individual firms.”
